I face a strange issue with one of our business center Safecom printers.
When the printer indicates low toner or toner is finished, I will change the affected toner, but the same toner will display the same problem the next day.
I started to investigate the affected toner, where the machine had indicated to us that it was finished. I installed the toner in our printer, and the tower level was very good We need your assistance if you have ever experienced anything like this.
