Thunderbird 78.12.0 has lost all my folders!

Slight exaggeration - I still have Inbox and Deleted but Sent and 200+ other subfolders that I have set up aren't showing so Thunderbird is unworkable! I believe this started following a recent upgrade.

I have removed Thunderbird and reinstalled it, but no difference. I am using Office 365. I see all the subfolders in Outlook perfectly.

It's as if Thunderbird isn't pulling the IMAP information from the Microsoft Servers!

Any ideas as to the fix?

And 50% of the time it's not saving sent messages to the Sent folder...

Normally if this problem occurs... and you're running IMAP... you'll usually see INBOX + Sent + Trash... so if your Trash folder is gone too... this might be something else.

Best first to describe your server backing store - POP or IMAP - as there's a different debug sequence for each different backing store.
