Implement AD common policies

We are migrating to AD azure, and I need to provide some common policies for all users under mydomain, I wonder if I can find some common policies to be implemented such as
a) Password change policy
b) Denied of youtube
c) Mesage at the sign on screen.

etc.

Do you knw other best practice policies?

We are migrating to AD azure

This information is not sufficient to provide any suggestions, there are variants in which you may use AD Azure and you have not mentioned which Azure AD configuration you will be adapting for e.g there is a free AD, AD Premium license moreover there is Azure AD Domain Services additionally you may have complete Cloud Deployed AD else you could also have AD hybrid environment

So the suggestion will vary (due to limitations between variants) hence kindly provide your environment in brief

I have Microsoft E3 Licensing with azure AD. We will be managing everything in the cloud.
