Excel keeps telling me one or more circular references error

I have a workbook that keeps telling me that there one or more circular references where a formula refers to own cell.

Ive done the  error checking on the formula tab and it says that they are all complete and dont come up with any but everytime I open the book it says the message above.

Any ideas?

I always recommend to use Auditing tools in Excel to these issues.

"Shift Sheet" cell P29 refers to itself.

Finding Circular Reference is relatively simple, bottom left of the Status Bar tells you there is Circular Reference; if it is on the active sheet it gives the cell reference.
