Office 365 Cannot Verify subscription.

Hello Experts,

Office 365 Cannot Verify subscription. I verified that the license is active on the Office 365 server. See the following screenshots from the client computer:

Does anyone know what is going on here?

Have you applied all windows and office updates and rebooted?  Have you logged out of office and then logged back in.  I've found those two things tend to fix these problems.

Office update is disabled from within office 

yes have open and closed all office AP

Yes I did go through that article. Everything checked. The only thing I was not able to do was perform Microsoft updates.
Any ideas?
  • Try their diagnostic tool called Microsoft SaRA, it may help isolate or fix the issue

  • Test connecting to another trusted network or connect via ethernet hardwired.
  • Try a repair on O365, try a quick repair first not the full quite yet.
