I have 3 2016 term servers all have adobe reader installed on them. Periodically I get a call from a end user and they are unable to print PDF's. If I open the PDF with Chrome it prints fine all other printing works fine. I have uninstalled/reinstalled adobe on the servers and it will work for a week or so then I start getting calls again. When its not working and a user attempts to print a PDF the "progress bar" of the print job doesn't come up.. Any ideas are appreciated, I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 or 4 times now.
