Two DNS SPF/TXT record related questions we need help on

Hello - looking for some help from a "DNS expert" out there who might be able to tell me what might be the problem with one of our issues.  We had a request from our counterparts in France who were having trouble with an email blasting service they use (named SendinBlue), and they were getting a lot of email bounces from it.  So SendinBlue's tech support sent us 4 or 5 TXT records we needed to add to our DNS in order to take care of the issue.  We did that, and everything seemed to work after that.  But a few weeks after doing that, one of our customer's says that "we have a problem with our SPF records" which is why their email system is rejecting email from our domain.  they sent me a "report" from their system, showing information, and I'm not sure what to make of it.  I've attached that report ("Animal Health Email Block.rtf") and am hoping someone might be able to see what our issue(s) is.

2nd question is one of our marketing girls says she "needs to verify our domain with Facebook by adding a TXT record in the configuration. Domain verification is part of the steps for how they are handling Apple iOS14 changes." and sent me this record data:

[facebook-domain-verification=ppglgh0gbqqyjsmtshzkusaftx29p5]

I'm not quite sure how to add that as a TXT record - as far as which part or parts go where.  Looking for help here as well.

Thank you!
Damian

Looks like you're missing the mentioned attachment for the report.

As for the 2nd, you would just create a txt record, leave the name blank, and put "facebook-domain-verification=ppglgh0gbqqyjsmtshzkusaftx29p5" as the value.  The TTL usually doesn't matter.

Did you have SPF records BEFORE you added those TXT record.
if you had
                      TXT    "v=spf1   old settings  -all"
then you need
your.domain.  TXT "v=spf1 old settings" "the extra records...." "-all"
The extra records should not have v=spf1 and not -all, +all etc.

You can add the FB record as another TXT
your.domain.  TXT  "facebook....."

thanks for your help guys.  i can't pick both as "solutions" so I had to only pick one - but you were both equally helpful.  appreciate it, and the SPF records are all good now!

Just a quick comment, you absolutely can pick multiple posts as solutions.  I see it all the time!  :)
