Is there any way to get a report of a single item on a sharepoint online list

I have a list of electrical part numbers that engineering keeps updated. Purchasing dept occasionally would like to print all the details of a single item on the list and send to a vendor. Power BI only shows you all the items on the list unless you filter and even then it just looks like a spreadsheet. There is no print list item from sharepoint online list.
I just want to either select an item on the list and print a formatted report or use some report writer where it will query you for the item number and then print a report. Seems like as simple request but I cannot find anything anywhere.
