Count formula question

Please take a look at the formula in column g, I have something wrong with it the ones in red should be increasing the # of customers shared by 1 in each for each occurrences that a new customer ID is added despite the customers all coming on line at the same point test.xlsx

Your problem is highlighted in yellow.  You formula said greater than and these are equal to

Did you mean to provide the corrected formula?  I am not seeing any change between your response and the original?
