Emails from Exchange Server are not syncing regularly in Apple Mail
I am having this very weird problem whereby the emails that are being received in a mailbox on an Exchange Server 2013 are not automatically received on the IPhone/Ipad Mail App. I have updated the exchange servers to the latest Cumulative Update and the problem still persists. I have also tried to reduce the time frame of emails to be downloaded and this issue isn't resolved. I am open to any suggestions to resolve this matter.
Surprisingly the same mailbox configured on Outlook App seems to be working fine. The directors are bent on "This was working before, and why has it stopped working now??" thus are reluctant to use the Outlook App.
