I'm thinking this might work. It counts the number of shared, multiplies that value by the value in column N and then subtracts the value in N. This formula would go in O22. I have been kicking something like this around too =sum(iffrequency(if(1-L:L=""), match(L:L,L:L,0)), row(L:L)-row(L5)+1),N:N)) but can't seem to get this darn thing work either without error<br>This might help make more sense of what I am asking to happen here I want to sum the value in N:N (just one occurences for the M:M &nbsp;when M is less then or equal to L:L.
