How can I rank my video higher on youtube
I recently posted a video on youtube with title - snapdeal screening
When I searched with snapdeal Interview my video didn't appear in the long list.
But when I searched snapdeal screening then it appeared 4th which is pretty good.
Also, the word "Interview" does appear in the video description.
I was wondering what techniques I could use to make my video come to the near top in youtube search.
Any recommendations for the same?

I would say make it as specific as possible, yes try all keywords that are relevant to your video and compare. From 1 or 2 words also sometimes that is not enough to gauge what a video is about overall. Take into consideration what the most common words in use today or trending also and look at similar video tiles via search, to ensure it is still unique yet discoverable. It is tough to do so because of how massive the creator library is overall. Definitely takes time to isolate the best possible title.
You asked, "Now when I search on youtube with Dunzo Interview it doesn't appear but when I search with Dunzo Screening it appears. I thought adding # tags will resolve this. Should I put all the searchable keywords in the title of the description?"
Seems like you've answered your own question.
Based on what you're seeing...
1) YouTube indexes keywords.
2) YouTube prunes/ignores indexing of hashtags.

Now when I search on youtube with Dunzo Interview it doesn't appear but when I search with Dunzo Screening it appears. I thought adding # tags will resolve this. Should I put all the searchable keywords in the title of the description?
