I don't know why it happened to you (there are numerous possible reasons), but if you'd like to fix it, here are the steps:

• While holding down the Alt key, tap the Space Bar

• Release the Alt key

• Tap the letter M key (which means Move)

• Press the Down Arrow key and keep it pressed until you see the top of the Chrome window

• Tap the Enter key - that will stop moving the Chrome window and will leave it where it is

You should be good after that...Chrome should remember the location going forward.

Hi Joe thanks for the fast reply the Move option is greyed out and wont work wat can I do
Tried internet explorer and its the same
I found on the internet to Minimise the Chrome screen and then M - Move is now not greyed but if you use the arrow keys it moves the whole window not only my web page ??

Interesting! I see that your Size and Maximize options are also grayed out. Even more interesting is that it's the same with IE. Strange! I've never seen that before...can't help you with personal experience on this. All I would do at this point is Google it and see what's out there, but since you're a programmer, I'm sure you can do that yourself. :) A question: What happens with other browsers? Brave? Edge? Firefox? Opera? Vivaldi? Another question: Does it happen with other programs or just browsers?
Edge does the same and It only happened today
All other programs are ok Mail, facebook bunnings etc
Do you Have a suggestion to google have been trying all morning
I even ran the reset & Cleanup in the avanced settings
Try F11 to take it out of full screen mode
Here's another idea. Go into Display settings and change the resolution. It's probably on the highest (Recommended) setting. Try something lower.
Good thought from serialband, although it seems unlikely that you would have accidentally hit F11 on all three browsers...Chrome, Edge, and IE. Certainly worth a try, though.
Tried F11 made screen larger but still off screen
Also changed display resolution to lower still same
Thanks again any other options please
Ok, then it sounds like your screen resolution is set incorrectly and your actual screen is beyond the edge of your physical screen.  Try resizing your display.
Also, try Win control shift B to reset the screen buffer

Hi serialband tried Win control shift B no change

Try resizing your display.
what do you mean There is no size in the web.config or the aspx form ??

New to web development and dont remember changing any thing to create this ?

You must have added that after initially posting the comment...I don't recollect seeing that the first time around. It raises a question: I don't know what you mean by "the whole window not only my web page". Please explain.
It only happened today
Any changes during the night or earlier today? Windows update? Driver update? Speaking of drivers, you could try updating the driver for the display adapter.

What does web development have to do with this issue?
If you get stumped + no comments help, provide a clickable URL of page you're using.

Difficult to guess what's occurring, without actually reproducing the problem.

Likely this is a problem with the actual Website HTML, so you probably won't be able to fix this... unless you have access to the site, so you can fix the HTML.

Said differently, likely nothing you've done or can do... on your end... will resolve this...
oh,  You're talking about the web page within the browser.  Did you accidentally zoom in with Ctrl +.  Try Ctrl 0 (reset to original) or Ctrl - to zoom out.

Is this happening in all browsers?   Is this a page you edit?  If it is, maybe you may have accidentally typo'd something in your HTML and changed the display.

Ah, now I understand. This is a web page that you developed and it is behaving badly in all browsers. This has nothing to do with the browser being off-screen, which is what I thought the problem was from the get-go. As I know nothing about web development (all of my software development is for the Windows desktop environment), I'll wish you good luck in solving the problem and will drop out of the thread now. Cheers, Joe

Edit: Your last post and this one crossed. Glad to hear that you figured it out.
So you did mistype something in your web source.
Hi Serialband
No the percentage for top was used in a course I did on line to learn wed/Cloud development and I used it
It worked fine untill today ?? don't know why, but I changed it as I said im my previous comment to pixels px now ok
Thanks again
