Find apps sending VPN Windows Security Notifications

Hi Experts!

I received the below notifications this morning (see pix below) but can't seem to identify what app is coming from (I have Comodo, Superantivirus, Malwarebytes and Spybot Search & Destroy).  The icon is the Windows Security icon; also I went into Task manager to see what apps is current at that time, but to no avail (the task manager has all the apps I assured to always have, no new memory apps there today).  What apps is telling me this?

That is a malware popup trying to install the free iTop VPN client on your computer, which would then let somebody backdoor into your machine. Do not install it.

You should update Malwarebytes and do a full scan. Wouldn't hurt to let Windows Defender run a full scan, too.

Have a check through your recently installed apps, likely you've got the ITop pop-up exe bundled with something you did want.
"Smart Game Booster" for example has this built-in to launch at boot .  As already mentioned MBAM or Defender should also pick it up as a PUP (but might ignore if you actually gave it permission to install via the EULA none of us really read).

Good idea to check recently installed apps; opened up the iObit uninstaller apps and got this screen below, so it seems it may be from here?

(nevertheless, I will run the tools @night)

But could it be the iObit uninstaller iObit uninstaller?

Ran both iObit apps and WIndows uninstaller and found the last apps to be Malwarebytes (see pix below))

Do Malwarebytes offer VPN via its own apps ad in iObit?

Maybe, it's a browser popup.  You can disable Windows notifications from your browser.  Maybe install an Adblocker in your browser.
