<p>Hi, one of my Exchange users is continuously receiving prompt per Active Directory credentials. Even if he enter the correct user/pass, such window is still prompting.</p><p>Outlook version is:&nbsp;</p><p>Microsoft 365 MSO 16.0.14228.20216 32bit</p><p>OS: Windows 10</p><p>Exchange version: 2013</p><p>I have ~50 users but I get this behavior only on one workstation.</p><p>What can I try? Hi, one of my Exchange users is continuously receiving prompt per Active Directory credentials. Even if he enter the correct user/pass, such window is still prompting.

OS: Windows 10
Exchange version: 2013
I have ~50 users but I get this behavior only on one workstation.
