LogMeIn slow connection to computer running Truekey

I am using LogMeIn to connect to my client’s computer. The client has Windows 7 Pro running on a Dell 980.
I am running Windows 7 pro on an HP z210
Someone installed Truekey on the Dell 980.
The client’s monitor is larger than mine and LogMeIn did a good job of screen management.

Before Truekey was installed, LogMeIn ran fast.
Now when I connect to the Dell 980, the screen is slow to respond and the screen seems to refresh slowly.
Also I have to pan the screen now. LogMeIn seems to have no way to manage the difference in screen size.

Q1.) What are the known problems between TrueKey and LogMeIn?

Q2.) What computer speed problems occur with Truekey?

from what I understand 'True Key' is simply a password manager like lastpass
