troubleshooting Question
Weird characters showing up in text. No idea what they are or how they are rendering.

I have no idea what these characters are? They were submitted through a Formidable form, Zapped into Podio and WordPress classic editor and made it to Altspaevr. When I try to select the text, I only get the words and the part of the weird characters that are on the line of text. I can't select the strange characters at all.
