TPM error after new mother board installed ...
Your TPM chipset needs to be programmed.
Do you have the recovery key?
If so make sure TPM is enabled in the system BIOS reboot and you should be prompted for the key.
If you have BitLocker you'll need to log into a Windows account with admin rights, open the BitLocker app and go to Manage BitLocker, choose Suspend and then restart the computer.
Log in again as admin restart BitLocker and the keys should then be loaded into the TPM chipset
