Unable to access Gmail from Outlook 365

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to access my Gmail from Outlook 365.

Here's the first message I get:

Clicking Change Account Settings takes me here:

I have checked that my Gmail settings have IMAP is enabled.

I enabled this option on Outlook IMAP Account Settings:
[X] Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)

All working now.
