Hello There

Microsoft has a tool called USMT

You can also use Storage Migration Service to do it

Dear Hello.

I m not seeing any USMT tool for exporting windows server 2012

Could you please guide where to download windows ADK for server 2012

thanks.

Indeed. Then use the second option I posted.
If you're talking about the user PROFILE, then you could try Transwiz - not free for commercial use but should do the trick (I don't think they have a code block on server, but I've not tried it specifically on server accounts as typically there's no need to transfer accounts).

Hi, my solution was not to use "Windows Admin Center" but the "Storage Migration service":

You can see the procedure here :

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/55102/migrate-local-groups-from-2008-to-2019-server.html

It was also the solution indicated by "Hello There".
Dear DEMAN-BARCELO (MVP) Thierry

When i go to through this
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/55102/migrate-local-groups-from-2008-to-2019-server.html

it says install windows admin centre ,which is not supported by windows server 2012
