I have about 400,000 item codes in a sql server database. The item codes are strings that are 13 to 25 characters long with no common naming convention. I need to compare those codes to an Outlook email subject line and and Outlook email message body to see
1) If there is an item code in the Subject line.
2) Find how many different item codes are in the Subject line.

3) If there is an item code in the message body of the email.
4) Find out how many different item codes are in the message body of the email.

I'm using Automation Anywhere as the application that will do the processing but this question can be for any interface or programming language.

The question is: How can I search through Outlook emails and examine the text of the subject line and the message body to find out if my Item Codes are in there and find out how many different Item Codes are in the emails. Do I really have to examine every word in the email and compare it to the massive list in the database? Is there some other magical way of doing this? It seems to me that this will be extremely slow and tedious.
