Project Management - I need help to work a night shift and I'm an early-hours shift person. I need lots of advice!
I have to work the 8 PM to 2 AM shift for a few days next week. Haven't worked this shift in YEARS!
My normal shift is 8 AM to 4 PM.
I normally go to sleep at 10 PM and get up at 4 AM.
I need strategies for staying awake, alert, friendly, and productive.

it depends also on your age. youngsters (20-30 year) will do it without much problems; older ones have already grooved habits.
my advice : do as normal, and go to sleep at normal hour, unless you are the type that can sleep on any hour
