Creating a Read Only Version of an Existing Infopath Form

I have a form that I have built in InfoPath.  The user has requested that some users be able to access a read only version of the form.

I'm coming back to SharePoint after being away a few years, and I can't recall the best approach to do this.  I believe one option may be by creating a view of the same form, but again, not really sure.  Or should I create rules to check the user accessing the form, and disable fields based upon the results of that?

There are two fields at the top of the form that allow the user to select the specific information they wish to see in the rest of the form.  So, those two fields will need to remain editable.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

If it is not a must to use InfoPath you can look at Microsoft Forms https://forms.office.com/ OR https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/ (Preferred if you are coming from SharePoint background, have a look at: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/infopath/)

Basically, if you have a simple list, it will be just one click to build your Form.

I don't think Forms was an option when I stepped away from SharePoint, and we were still using InfoPath at that point.  Now that I've stepped backed, Forms is the replacement that we'd been waiting for?

Thanks Again!
:) These are different Forms. It is a relatively new product and much simpler (and probably less powerful) than InfoPath.
