Change domain all in caps to lower case

I have a customer using Office 365 and their domain is all in caps.  He doesn't like this and would like the domain to show in lower case.  I am not an expert in Office 365 so I have no idea on how to change this.

Where is it showing in all caps?

You will most likely need to go to the admin panel. Settings -> Domains

Is there any email loss doing the remove / re-verify?  I was thinking this may be the only way myself but I have not done it on Office365.

Are you sure it is the actual domain name and not the company name which can can easily edit?

https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?source=applauncher#/Settings/OrganizationProfile/:/Settings/L1/OrganizationInformation
Or some NetBIOS name poping up?
I have not logged into his system as of yet but all of his emails go out as mailto:name@DOMAIN.COM which he does not like.  He wants it to be mailto:name@domain.com when users receive an email from him.

is this for one user? Did you check his own settings in the admin panel, desktop outlook and web app outlook?  If the setting is in one of those places it is an easy fix.
Yes it is for one user but it is a one user company therefore it is also company wide.  Can I override this setting in his own settings?
it is worth a look
I appreciate all of your advice!  He decided to stick with it for the time being.
