Hello Everyone

I just installed a nas drive on my private network at home. My problem is that  windows 10 is asking me for network credentials that I never set up. I have tried every possible combination of username and password but no luck  I cannot  access my nas using file explorer I want to map these drives but without the password/username info i cannot do it.  I can access the nas if I type in the URL in my browser. I have tried turning off file sharing password and anything else I can find but still no luck
