Is a canceled VM still available?

I made a checkpoint and installed an application. I canceled the checkpoint by mistake. Is the checkpoint still on the VM or is it gone forever?

You made and checkpoint, and then cancelled a checkpoint ?

Is it still present or not, otherwise it does not exist, and is gone forever!

Sorry. I guess what I was asking was a little more than that. I know you make a checkpoint, and if you need it you then apply it from within Veeam. I was just hoping that wherever it was stored, it may still be there. I know it is a stupid question, but I really didn't want to do a complete restore.

But, I just went back one restore point with CBT and basically did the same thing only it took longer. Thanks.

Thank you. It was intended to last a couple of hours. I simply went to activate the checkpoint and I inadvertently cancelled it.

I was able to fix it using a Veeam backup.

I am dumb but not stupid. I was just looking to see if it were located somewhere just not accessible through Veeam. Of course, that would be dangerous as it could be inadvertently activated (or whatever the term may be) in error causing huge problems.

Thanks again.
