The link is not enabled. It is clearly shown on the screenshot. That means the the GPO is like in a disabled state for that OU. It won't do anything until the link is enabled.

I have applied GPO to computers (Servers OU):
when I login to any of the serversin that OU, and run Gpupdate /force, then Gpupdate /r , it does
not
show that the GPO as applied

GPO does not get applied to Computers.
