Computers in one subnet not registering in DNS

Hello Experts,

Our organization has several DHCP scopes in our Microsoft DHCP server. Each scope is based off a subnet in specific locations. We have one scope that is not registering new IP addresses with DNS. Computers in this subnet get the IP address from DHCP without any issues. Any ideas?

Is it the clients that should be registering their DNS, or do you have DHCP configured to do it for them?
If the clients, have you tested DNS communication between the client and the DNS server(s)?
