Contact US phone numbers from outside the country

I need to set up the ability for an outsourcer to dial manually input US numbers from outside the country and enter details about those calls into my spreadsheet. Google voice does it for us but for other countries to dial the US is much trickier. Suggestions on how to give a well-connected person in Bangladesh and other places the ability to do this is greatly appreciated.
