My org is looking into getting rid of Proofpoint and just relying on Microsoft's ATP products. I'd love to hear from y'all if anyone has done something similar.

In prior years, when we were using Microsoft ATP, I was horrified that faked "Outlook Quota" emails got through Microsoft.  How could that be?

Has it gotten better in recent years?

Proofpoint is dated, overly complex and a pain to use an administer for a small IT shop (500 employees).  I wouldn't mind simplifying our environment but not at the expense of letting badness through.
