It means what it says... You are trying to do too much with the memory the system has and it is swapping... Not all programs will tell you this, but it looks like that one does...
either add more ram or increase your swap space
guessing you have it fixed to a certain size? change to let windows manage it; shouldn't get that warning if it is set that way

I suspect the issue is that windows is managing the page file and is the reason it presents this alert.

look at advacned system settings, performance settings, advanced, virtual memory change
