Where in Visual Studio Version19 do i activate the functionality of seeing the no of occurrences of a method by hovering my cursor of the method name

I have recently upgraded my visual studio from Version 17 to Version19 community edition.

Under Versiom 17 I  did not have to do anything to see the no of occurrences

of a given method (within the project/solution)  except to hover my cursor over the 

method Name.  For instance in the method below (Under version 17) If i just hover my cursor on 'private'   it will display all occurrences of the method in my solution

I have gone  to Tools/Options in version 19 to see where to make this functionality active but can't find the appropriate setting.
