Decided to hold that Youtube icon &amp; delete it &amp; go into Appstore but now the closest apps are 'Youtube kids' (not what my autist son wants) &amp; 'youtube: Watch, Listen, Stream' but can't install this app: it says 'app not compatible with this device': &nbsp;any way I can get back the old youtube app for older iOS? I don't mind a workaround for autist kid: download all Hi5 movies to an external storage &amp; use a Video player on this iPad to entertain him but just found that 'CooDisk' app (required for my external device that I got online) is also &nbsp;incompatible with this iPad 1

hi Jazz I have a few newbie clarifications on Jana's post (indicated with ??): (I don't use iOS/iTunes) -Borrow new iPad &nbsp;updated device and log in (use iTunes to login??) with THAT user name ID (email@ .. pw:..) -Install YouTube (or whatever app not compatible with the old iPad) &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Note: if already installed, uninstall it and re-install it -Log out from borrowed new device (using iTunes or how is this done??) -Log in (using iTunes &amp; which options in iTunes??) to the old iPad &nbsp; -Go to Purchased (in iTunes??) -select Download (which option in iTunes??) -It will now ask to download compatible version
