Exchange online bad items

Hi
I'm a little bit confusing while working on migration (2013 to O365).
One of my batches is synced with errors due to the limits (Bad items).

The error summary :

ErrorSummary         : Request '' has already encountered more than '89' bad items and can't be given a limit of '50'. --> Request '' has already encountered more than '89' bad items and can't be given a limit of '50'.

I used the command below to solve these issues but it doesn't work.

Set-MoveRequest -Identity  "<...>" -SkippedItemApprovalTime $(Get-Date).ToUniversalTime()
Resume-MoveRequest –Identity "<...>"

And I also try thy one :

Set-MigrationBatch -Identity "<...>" -ApproveSkippedItems

Is there another way to use these commands?

Thanks
