What tool are you using to create an image and deploy this image on PCs of different models?

I build a generic image in a virtual machine, do not register it...
Add the software you want.
Then when done I sysprep with the "generalize" option.
Then I image with our old reliable Norton Ghost I have in a WINPE bootable image...

Old school, but it works...

You said "do not register it" - do you mean "do not activate the OS Windows 10 on the VM"?

I looked at that toolkit, but usually don't do more than 8 to 15 PC's a year most of the time...

is there a YouTube video someone can follow to learn how to do this ? this sounds very complex

each application is different.
you have to find the silent installation details i.e. setup.exe /silent

Navigate to the C:\Downloads folder
Enter the following command to Extract the contents of the EXE:
- AutoCAD_2021_English_Win_64bit_dlm.sfx.exe -suppresslaunch -d "C:\Downloads"
Press Enter
Navigate to C:\Downloads\AutoCAD_2021_English_Win_64bit_dlm
Enter the following command: Setup.exe /W /Q /I .\setup.ini
Press Enter

okay and what does the technician computer need to make this happen ?

If you have a simple home network you really don't need all these deployment tools unless you are building a lab for learning...
In that case I would look on EBay for a used server with decent ram and storage and virtualize a test lab network...
