I have no access to my account on my remote desktop server.

I have two VMs on a Windows Server 2019 Standard Hyper-V host. One is Windows Server Essentials the other is a Remote Desktop Server running on Windows Server 2016 Standard. All of my user accounts are on RDS and are accessed via RDP.

I can access all of them using RDP. I cannot access my own account. It runs through the authentication process and at the second before the remote session is going to run, the screen turns blue and says "Access Declined." With an OK button below it which takes you back to the desktop where you can remote in again to any user or RDS or ESS or Hyper-V, etc.

Is your account an administrative account?
Consider login and then elevate using this account.
try

mstsc.exe /admin \v:computername

MS application Switches/arguments, use / or - interchangeably .
access declined, might suggest, the user is restricted from login-in via terminal.

The suggestion David made deals with the connection via RDP mimicking a console connection (connection to the computer/system/server) directly while seating/standing right in-front of it.

Since you described that you can login with another account, but can not login with your own,
What is it that you are trying to accomplish?
Please check whether the account is excluded because of the group of which it is a member?

IMHO, a reboot is merely resets the state, it does not solve the problem if one exists.

But, it solved the problem. I was getting Access Denied. And, now I am not. This has happened this one time in 15 years.
access denied or access declined?

Do you limit a user to a single active session?

While it might be infrequent and depending on how the server is used, reboot might not always be possible
Should this happen again, look at using the terminal manager mmc from another system and see whether you can determine why you are being denied. A session seen as still active. ....
etc.
OK will do. Yes, each user has one session. What scared me is I have had a mild difficulty before that was easily solved and the problem was evident. This one made me think malware since the blue screen and Access Declined was so prominent and in your face. But, the fact that "OK" took you right out made me feel a little better.
Do not think I encountered such a message. "Access Declined"
Do you have MFA. login with a temporary randomized code?

Usually, is the issue isolated to one user, all or some.
issue is to new connections, existing connection, etc.
Puzzles are more interesting to solve when they first occur.
When I wrote this question, it was only a few hours after, because I was petrified.
