Need to understand PowerPoint List Automation
I can create these lists which use automation. Sometimes they work and sometimes they do not work.
Here, List 1 work, as you can see each item numbered individually. 
List 2 did not work, and the item will appear in one splash.
What am I doing wrong?

I must have the wrong field type. Please tel me the field type and any steps you take to make it into a list...
