All of A sudden I am Not getting emails from my office into my inbox,
It is now going to a Folder called promotion, How do I check to see if She somehow set up a rule for all office emails to get sent to the Promotion folder?
How do I fix this?
You can "influence" this by constantly moving your email from the folder where it lands into your INBOX.
And, you can only "influence", as if your message is similar to other mail (across all Gmail users) that's been classified as Promotional, likely the only way you can force your email into your INBOX is to write a filter rule for this.
