LOL! I see Express in the servername which was manually set at the initial installation years ago. That is the only place I see the work Express. Even add/remove programs does not mention the word Express. I need to be able to tell her with 100% certainty which version she has.........

Let's try this again. I don't want to know how to upgrade her. That really isn't the question. The question is "What version of SQL is she running"? Your initial comment was "Is right there in the screenshot 12.0.2000 = 2014 " but very soon after it was countermanded with 2014 Express. So what version is she running? 2014 or 2014 Express?
