<p>I have a 2000 Chevrolet Express 15 passenger van and the air blowing out of the vents acts weird. &nbsp;When I am driving on the highway it blows find but if I am going down a steep incline then it barley blows from the vents. &nbsp;This also happens when I have a strong wind at the front of the vehicle. &nbsp; Any ideas?</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
