date based formula guidance

I need to find a solution to populate a currently blank column of data called ‘review point’ using a formula which will consider the date entered in column A, and based on where that date falls between  1 month window – populate a date in my review point column of the 15th day of a relevant calendar month.
Basically, if in cell A2 a date falls after 15th of that month, but before or on the 15th of the next month, then in cell B2 (currently empty), I want it to populate 15/next month/year.
As an example, if A2 had a value of 25th August 2021, that is after the 15th August 2021, so in B2 I want the value to be 15/09/2021 (September being the next ‘review point’).
Another example would be 16/05/2021 in A2, should return 15/06/2021 in B2, as 16/05 is after the 15th of May, and therefore we need the 15th of june as the review date entry.
Any idea how or where to start with this? Any specific functions that could help and are designed for this type of calculation.
