Hello, I'm trying to locate the RSAT Tools for Windows 10 20H2. In the past you could go download the "Feature's On Demand" iso to accomplish this, but I've been unable to locate this for the new version of Windows. After doing some research I find that RSAT is included with any build of Win 10 after 1809, to add it I tried following the direction on this link https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/security/en-US/8cda1dfb-b3b0-47b9-ab24-b471295b297b/install-rsat-on-windows-1809-or-later-offline-with-no-wsus?forum=win10itprogeneral But I'm getting error 0x8024402C which according to Microsoft mean's there's an issue contacting the Microsoft Update server. I operate in a closed-loop, non connected environment which is why I'm getting the above error, how can I add the RSAT tools back to Windows in an offline environment?

powershell in elecated mode
install-windowscapability -name Rsat.ActiveDirectory -online or use -source with the windows 10 ISO or Windows Server 2019 ISo...
This is the package name Rsat.ActiveDirectory.DS-LD
You have an AD environment that is offline (internet offline).
Features on Demand ISOs are available from the Volume Licensing Service Center where you download the disc image and use that to update offline Windows PC. Whoever looks after volume licensing should be able to login and download them for you.
The other way is to connect the PC to internet via your mobile phone using Tethering or Hot spot feature and then download the RSAT features required.

Or prior to the system going into ..to have the FDO's as part of the OS deployment image....
Get it onto a system that does have access, and then see if you can locate the applicable CAB files...
