How do I Resolve Error obtained while dragging Crystal Report Viewer to a form

I have just upgraded Visual Studio from 2017 to 2019 and in the process reinstalled Crystal Report 13  SP29.

My Existing Reports Load and run perfectly.

Now I am trying to do a new Report by dragging Crystal ReportViewer to a form and I got the error screen below

How do I resolve this problem

Any help will be appreciated

could it be that the version you are trying to drag is not the same as you have in reference?

instead of dragging from the toolbox, did you try to copy a viewer from an existing form to the new one?

Just tried copying a viewer from an existing form and it worked

But how do I resolve the issue of dragging the viewer from the toolbox.

I tried  a new project and it worked

The difference i found between the new project and my existing project
is in the DotNet  Frame work version

The new project is on 4.7.2 and my project  is on 4.6.1

I believe changing the DotNet Framework in my project to 4.7.2 should work

but i cant do it straight away. . Want to do a good backup just in case something breaks

If i try and I still have issues i will revert. But I think thats the issues
