MDT update image

Microsoft Deployment Tool (MDT) update Windows 10 version from 20H2 to 21H1

I have a working MDT with 20H2 - right now I want to rollout a new client but with actual 21H2 - is it possible to update/upgrade the MDT-share/image so 21H1 gets rolled out?
