Why does my HP Envy Pro 6400 go offline?

My HP Envy Pro 6400 goes offline frequently. In order to use it, I have to rest it to factory settings, then reconnect it wirelessly. Is there some setting that prevents it going offline? I am using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and an Asus wireless router. My other HP printer, Laserjet Pro M118dw does not have this problem.
