<p>My HP Envy Pro 6400 goes offline frequently. &nbsp; In order to use it, I have to rest it to factory settings, then reconnect it wirelessly. &nbsp; Is there some setting that prevents it going offline? &nbsp; I am using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and an Asus wireless router. &nbsp; My other HP printer, Laserjet Pro M118dw does not have this problem.</p>
