Tableau app is down please help

Hello Experts, I need your help.

I manage a Tableau app (Version 2019.4.19, postegresql ) hosted on a Windows 2012 r2 server.

The app stopped working, When I restart the services I can see a message saying the app is degraded.
 I am not sure what to do please help.
