How to connect this router wirelessly on repeat mode

User generated imageHow can I connect this router wirelessly without needing a cable. A client told me he had done this before and put it on repeater mode but he can’t remember how he did it.

You might or might not be able to do this + it's a super bad idea.

Better to do this.

1) On your router, disable all WiFi as most ISP provided router's WiFi is slow because it's glitchy... with massive packet loss + retries, so you'll only leave onboard ISP router WiFi enabled if your goal is slowest + most unstable WiFi.

2) Place your router in Bridge mode, so packets flow through to Ethernet unprocessed.

3) Connect your Nexxt Router via Ethernet to your ISP router, so your Nexxt handles all DCHP (no ISP router conflicts due to Bridge mode) + handles all WiFi which will likely be far faster + more stable than your ISP router WiFi.

Note: I've run this type of config for 20ish years, which produces Rock Solid WiFi 100% of the time.

Note: Be sure to always turn of ISP WiFi as some of these WiFi systems create DHCP conflicts + some even pollute WiFi bands with all manner of packet flow nonsense.
