<p>we have a microsoft 365 installation which is setup to sync with our windows 2012 R2 AD. All seems to be working well.</p><p><br></p><p>We need to crerate a <strong>new user</strong> with email. Do we create the user in AD, and will this then sync to 365? How long should it take to appear?
