The storage device on this laptop will almost certainly formatted as NTFS, since it has 1TB of capacity. Note that this isn't a hard drive, but an NVMe SSD, if that matters.

The Drive in the system is NVME, m.2 whose performance is 20-25x better than a SATA SSD
It is best to make sure you have backups as data recovery for SSD's or NVMe's are prohibitively expensive.
nvme is a stick like looking device, from 2inch to 5inch.
