Is the computer hard drive NTFS?

Could someone help me determine if the hard drive for this computer is NTFS?

The storage device on this laptop will almost certainly formatted as NTFS, since it has 1TB of capacity.  Note that this isn't a hard drive, but an NVMe SSD, if that matters.

As noted, the laptop claims "full HD" which means it exceeds your requirements.

Adding to Rindi's insight.

The Drive in the system is NVME, m.2 whose performance is 20-25x better than a SATA SSD
It is best to make sure you have backups as data recovery for SSD's or NVMe's are prohibitively expensive.
nvme is a stick like looking device, from 2inch to 5inch.
