Calculate Power BI Measure based on condition

Trying to calculate distinct count of a data element (ALJ Appeal Num) based on a condition (DeadlineNumber =1) using Power BI Measure .

Receiving error -Too many arguments were passed to the DISTINCTCOUNT function. The maximum argument count for the function is 1.

DISTINCTCOUNT('OMHA-- Field Office Disposition'[ALJ Appeal Num],[DeadlineNumber]=1)
